I did a 25 minute run today (Iโm settling for at least one run a week now, with boxercise and boot camp) and had a look through my average pace/ run time on MapMyWalk. I hadnโt realised but Iโm getting faster!!! ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐
This has shown me that those consolidation runs after graduating are really important. I graduated 7 weeks ago and the runs since have seen me settle into a nice pace. Also, I no longer worry about my breathing ๐ฅณ
I listened to the Runners World weekly podcast and found myself laughing at it. The main theme this week is about fear of failure, which was intersecting. There was also a section on running etiquette-7 rules for running. Interestingly, donโt run topless is the 1st rule โบ๏ธ๐
Keep getting out there folks ๐๐ป The only way we can fail is if we go back to the couch-and stay there ๐๐ป
I do think I am getting stronger and fitter ๐ Iโm loving life at the moment.
The sun was out โ๏ธ and although 6 degrees, I still got too hot. I remembered back to the summer when I was doing the programme-it was really hot and I waited until 9pm to do one of my runs!!! It was still light too ๐
Sounds like you're really enjoying yourself. Thanks for the tip too, I knew I was doing something wrong ๐ฎ๐ณ
