Hi all,
I have been advised to stop running due to my uterine prolapse! I am absolutely devasted to say the least the advise is to atleast wait until I've seen the gynaecologist in May but I think I'm going to have to call it a day and try something else that's low impact ie swimming! Trouble is that's not free and I don't have Laura in my ear telling me I can do it!!
Many thanks to everyone who has commented on previous blogs and questions, it makes it so much easier knowing there's a wealth of advice ready at your finger tips from people who have been there and got through the other side!
