I can't believe that I have got so far and I can quite honestly say for the first time in my life I am actually enjoying running!! even the 5.45am starts lol!!
So next week I start Week 4 dreading the 5 min runs but I will give it a go!!!

Brilliant!! 
You will be fine next week, just believe in yourself and in Laura and she will get you through it! I do believe Laura actually never sleeps as she seems to be always out at some awful hour......!
