As I was away, took advantage of leisure centre connected to hotel to do this run. Had thought of running outside but chickened out.
3.60 k in 32.22, happy enough but running on a treadmill did my head in. Will go back to road running for r3

I did the whole thing bar 2 runs on the hamster wheel and it is boooring! I'm a chicken and don't like running in the dark so I am watching the lighter nights arrive with glee!
