I did week 3 run 3 outside again this morning and it went much better! I managed to run all of the run parts although my brisk walk in between was more of an extremely slow plod but I did it and it has made me more confident with running outside. I even had to run past some workmen who were setting up temporary traffic lights and I kept going!
Funny how the odd observer (or neighbour or workman) makes us dig deep and find that little extra! Shows just how important it is to quell those negative thoughts (I'm knackered, can't do it, gonna give up now).
Personally, outdoors is the best. Well done and good luck with your next run. \o/
