W7R3 done, it was harder going than W6R3 IMHO, I really struggled with parts of it, I am sure I have some sort of groin strain at the moment I still managed a 7mph sprint for the last minute so I am upbeat about that.
2 days to recover then onto Week 8.
Trust in the Plan!

Week 7 is deceptive - after the leaps and bounds of progress in 5 and 6, going from 5 minute runs to 25 mins in just 2 weeks, it feels like it should be easy. But it really isn't, as lots of us have found. So WELL DONE again!
Having enough in the tank to finish on a sprint shows you're ready for week 8, so enjoy your well-earned rest, then go for it!!
