I haven't posted here in a long time! I really fell off the running wagon. I'm back now. On the plus side, I feel like I'm in a good place right now. I finished week 4 run 1 today. Everything seems to be in good working order; knees, lungs, legs, abs all still attached.
I'm trying to keep this great momentum that I'm feeling right now.
Hugs and pets would be greatly appreciated.
I took a meditation class over the weekend. One of the best lessons I learned was "Don't go into things with a preoccupation of how it should be." I do this all the time. It leaves me feeling disappointed when the reality doesn't meet my expectations. This time, I will take things one day at a time.
