Frosty the snowman has made it to WK 4 R1

OMG as they say in text land. I left home for week four run one at 6.15am and was greeted by bitterly cold wind and snow. Last week I was in the park with the kids playing in the sun and today it snows!

I was apprehensive about week four (as I am sure I will be about week five) but it was not half as bad as I thought it would be, other than the cold.

Must be the positive thoughts I asked for and seemed to have got, so thank you all

Well done. Its certainly harder to do in the cold and the snow than it is on a lovely sunny day. Can't say I am looking forward to my run this afternoon either.
