First run with my garmin

Went out this afternoon with my garmin and ran 1.52 miles or 2.44 kilometres. Really pleased although it took a while to upload as i didnt realise there was an extra l in my name in the email address which meant my password was not being recognised, Amended this and managed to get to upload page on my Garmin connect and upload my first run. What an amazing and motivating thing to see my run on a map.My average pace was 16:07 ( I only ran for just over 23 mins). Cant wait for my next run on monday with a friend this time..

It is very satisfying looking at the maps isn't it? I like hunting down the fastest five minutes and seeing how my pace varies up and down hilly bits. All good fun.
