I was hoping to go for a run tonight but alas 'twas not to be, as I am away in my truck. I have all my running gear but there is nowhere to run off the services and I stupidly forgot to bring a towel!

Anyway to get over the disappointment of not running I have registered for parkrun (with c25k as my club) I cannot wait to go. Does anyone do any of the following park runs: Harrogate, Roundhey, hydepark (leeds) or Listerspark (Bradford)? These are all within easy reach and I thought it might be nice to meet some fellow C25Kers.

Right I am off to start a company that provides treadmills to Service Stations ;) my OH and I have been known to run around a carpark but that's because the bridge was up for boats....we're not weird or anything....honest! Very best wishes for your parkrun and hoping you find somewhere to run before I get to dragons den with my idea ;)

That is a good idea, I would run round the site but got to spend all day tomorrow in the truck and I have no way to shower or dry myself. Still I can miss a run without too much bother, I shall run tomorrow instead.
