Never mind the why and wherefore... I've completed Week 3!

My gallant crew, good morning! I hope you're all quite well, I am in reasonable health, and happy to greet you all once more!

And now I'm going to stop with the Gilbert and Sullivan references...

Anyway, down to business. Despite the best efforts of the production of HMS Pinafore that I was in last week (hence the references) in taking up every spare moment of my time and nearly killing me in the process (no sleep for a week isn't fun when you've got to be energetic on stage and still manage to go to lectures whilst flogging tickets to all and sundry(sp?)), I have completed week 3!

It was certainly a struggle the first time- I swore quietly under my breath at Laura every time she told me that I was doing well during those 3 minute runs...

Took me exactly a week (I ran Saturday, Tuesday and then yesterday) because I was so exhausted (blasted Pinafore) but I felt really good yesterday when I finished the second 3 minute run without feeling like I was going to expire and then realised that I am in fact ready to move onto week 4... amazing.

I never ever thought I'd be a runner, ever, but this programme is making me feel amazing! And reading everyone else's posts and blogs is really encouraging, so thank you everyone :) And someone told me this morning that I was looking slimmer, YIPPEE!! :D

Anyway, I shall leave you all now, I really really need to get on with all the work that I should have done last week but didn't due to ticket-flogging for Pinafore... Until next time my Mess-mates! ;)

Congratulations on what sounds like a very busy week indeed. Getting comments from other people about improved looks is a good feeling, isn't it! :)

Enjoy your Pinafore-ing!

Thanks greenlegs, Pinafore-ing was great fun but in many ways I'm glad it's finished so life can go back to normal (or as close to normal as can be ;) ) it is nice to have people comment positively about my appearance :)

Tessietwo- I can't believe I'm still going with it, just between ourselves I'm almost starting to enjoy it! ;)
