i started couch to 5k a little while ago and got to week 2R3, but then due to illness and what feels like everything else getting in my way i havent ran for a few weeks now, but thankly i made myself motivated again and now make myself make time to run, i ran again on friday- i ran W2R3 again and i was a lot better than i thought i would have been, my recover is fine and im ready to run W3R1 tomoz- can not wait for it, got such a buzz from running xx
