Well, I've done it - Week 1 complete!

I'm so chuffed with myself especially as I forgot to set the treadmill flat tonight so ended up doing the whole session on a 4% incline! (The treadmill has to be at the incline position to be folded up.)

Roll on Week 2 - I'm ready for you :-)

Who needs a flat treadmill when you nailed this run. Though good idea to check incline before future runs. lol
