Week 1 Run 2 - In the gym

Just completed my second run of week 1 but decided to do it in the gym on the treadmill. Even with an incline I seemed to find it a lot easier than my first run. I'm putting this down to being on a treadmill rather than a drastic improvement from my first run though 😊.

I'm still feeling positive about the whole thing and I'm really looking forward to completing week 1 on Thursday 😁.

Well done. I also do a lot of my runs on the gym treadmill... nothing wrong with it as far as I can see!

Don’t put yourself down. I’m sure it’s just as challenging on the treadmill just a bit warmer.

Treadmills are fine. Our Gym ironically overlooks the local Parkrun course.
