feeling the run from tuesday ... best limber up for tonights outing!!

so after returning to the program on Tuesday and getting back out there, boy oh boy am I feeling the after affects!! methinks me sciatica is back with a vengence :-(. do you know I didnt have it until I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, weird.

however, was very happy to see that the lovely man in Admin has linked the community up to some exercises to help, so I'll be limbering up with some of them moves before I go out tonight.

best put an extra vest on because its bloomin freezin out there today.....
