Well I have started and felt good doing the run/walk, felt good afterwards and still feel good several hours later. Hopefully I will be able to say the same tomorrow morning. Looking forward to my next run on Friday.

Well done Julie. That's the hardest one out of the way - stepping out of the front door and actually doing it for the first time - so they tell me, anyway! I have just finished Week 1 so I'm not far ahead of you. Looking forward to reading your next blogs.
