Bring on Week 3!!

Just finished W2 R3 and feeling super duper!! It was cold and grey out there and I wasn't very motivated to go but I am so glad I did as now I am feeling grrrrrreat!! Planning on doing W3R1 on sunday - the weeks are flying by and I am so pleased with myself that I am sticking to it. Thanks C25K and thanks everyone here for the support and motivation - I'll need you even more when it starts getting tougher!! xx
