One of the reasons I started this was as a way of dispelling bad moods, rather than being confined to swimming pool and gym opening hours (not to mention the fees and having to travel 30 minutes to get there!). Tomorrow will be Week 3 Run 2, and I hope to improve the ease with which I manage the 3 minutes. It was an awkward shuffling struggle on Monday (that still left me feeling exhilarated and on a complete jumping-for-joy high) so I'd like to run it with a bit less stiffness. And time it better so I don't do my second 3 minutes going uphill!
Anyway, I'm so glad tomorrow is a run day because I'm in a foul mood and want to shake it off, pronto!

Hi, I'm also on W3R2, I did R1 today and struggled I must say, glad u felt exhilarated even though the shuffling, I felt a little dejected but hopefully I'll improve and it was just an off day
It does seem big jump from 90 seconds to 3 minutes....I did my last run of week 2 today and I found week 2 fine but I am worried I will fail at running for 3 minutes!
