Got to 30 miniutes by accident!

Started couch to 5k last year but new baby intervened. Stopped for a couple of months, but got back into it a few weeks ago. I started on week 5 again so that I wouldn’t over tax myself! However this week I was doing week 7, 25mins run without the pod cast! I set the minutes on the running machine I was using and started listening to Led Zep! The 25 minuets must have come up when ‘Whole lot of love’ started playing! Just kept going!!! Now going to deliberately run the whole 30 minutes and see how far I go.

Ran again today. Did the full 5k! Took longer than the 30mins but i shall try to up the pace a little each week. Then a new goal! Maybe look at 10k! Glad i did this before my er.. 50th.

Take care you're not doing too much - I leave at least 2 days rest between runs to keep my creaky knees happy! :)
