Week 9 Run 2 - rather a tough one, as I was very tired before I started, but I did it. At about 20 minutes, feeling not at all keen to keep going, I suddenly remembered skf's comment about me in green legs (they're black jogging bottoms really) and a yellow cape, and it really cheered me up. I had a huge smile! So I thought perhaps I'd put it on my badge on here. I am a superheroine!
I stopped dead on 30 minutes 0 seconds though! Hopefully my graduation run will be a bit more fun.

Well done, I found it a struggle to get to 30 minutes in my last week and always stopped dead (begging for Laura to say I could!), it's not easy but you did it. Think you're dead clever for doing your own picture & cape too.
Our caped crusader! Glad you got through ok, these long runs can be tiring and if you were tired before even starting then it's even more fab that you did 30mins.
Wishing you all the best of a fabulous graduation run! Whooooppppp go greenlegs......go greenlegs!
Thank you, superheroine support team! (If it hadn't been for wanting to blog that I'd done it, I just might have chickened out half way. The power of the blog!)
Yes, you are a superheroine! Your graduation run will be fantastic, and then you'll have your shiny green badge to go with your wonderful icon! All the best for it,
