Guess the week ...

Does anyone else play the game, that when they see a jogger out and about they guess what week they are on?

Hahaha YES!!! I thought I was going a bit OCD ish about this whole thing so Im glad to know its not just me. Everytime I'm out in the car (not been able to run for weeks) and i see a jogger/runner I keep guessing what week/run he or she is on. I look at their faces and see how bright red they are. And how much huffing and puffing they are doing. Of course the crimson colored cheeks and heavy panting is a description of me on a run....

In all truth though everyone I have seen looks absolutely brilliant so I figure theyve been running forever or they're on w9 in which case it serves to confirm this programme works

...that's what I've decided ...very few seem less than week 7/8 ... I go on professional clothing and shoes too as I am in old trackies bottoms and old trainers.... maybe one day someone will look at me and put me down as week 9!!! I can but dream

Ha ha! I don't think anyone looking at me today would have thought 'she's on week 9'! Especially when I was half way and had taken off hat, gloves, buff, and thigh-length fleece, so was holding them all as I bumbled along!

I do get a very strong urge to ask anyone listening with earphones whether they're doing c25k, but have resisted it so far!
