I nearly didn't, I was tired and grumpy after driving a couple hundred miles, poor sleep last night, curry, beer, conference for 2 days, feet sore been in heals, blah blah blah. Was sat with a cuppa thinking, I'll have a snooze and go out later... Then I checked the community and Minuette had done her wk5 r3 and I just couldn't not go
It is a proper mind game with yourself isn't it! I think I spent the majority of the time obsessing over how many more minutes there might be (I don't wear a watch) and trying to distract myself, I was kind of checking myself out for signs of quitting but legs were moving and only aching a bit and the puffing was as standard, the last two mins really were the most enjoyable as I knew I was going to make it! I even let out yay!! when Laura told me I could stop
I've txt my 2 best friends and they both think I'm amazing, I don't mind agreeing today

I think you're amazing for getting this far into it! I've just done W1 R3 after giving up for a couple of weeks because of work...I hope I get as far as you have (and that we both get to the end!).
I still use that self-inventory check list now, gets me past lots of wanting to stop moments. Sort of 'oohhhhh my legs are tired I might as well stop..
OK legs explain yourself are you tired? Legs reply what us, no we're OK its that brain thing fibbing about us. Ok brain explain yourself.......brain sulks.....'. Five minutes later off it goes again telling tales about poor innocent lungs
Brilliant, well done you! I did it on Wednesday & felt invincible for about 24hrs. Just been out now & done wk6#1. Wasn't too bad surprisingly. Keep up the good work
