Hardest run so far! Week 6, run 2

Ugh. I think that was the toughest so far. walk 5 run 10 walk 3 run 10 walk 5

Harder even that the full 20mins run at the end of week 5.

I did 4.52km, so maybe was pushing myself a bit too much. It's also 27 degrees and quite humid!

But nowhere did I feel the 'yes i can do this' buzz from just about all other runs. But I did finish it. And feel satisfied for having done that.

I guess just keep going!

I think stopping running to walk then running again disrupts your rhythm, however if I remember rightly that is your last run, walk, run. So well done for finishing it and its all running from now on good luck

'maybe I was pushing myself a bit too much' - sounds very likely - maybe ease off a little bit for the longer runs to come, so you can enjoy it a bit more? It's much easier to get yourself out there if you know you'll enjoy some of it!

27 degrees sounds pretty tough too. It's just 2.4 degrees here (that's with a point in between the two digits!) Brr!
