Well it, s me again still surprised that I am running and doing what Laura tells me, why I started in this rotton weather I dont know, just looked up week 4 I think Laura is trying to kill me. But I will give it a go, can't wait to see if I will ever enjoy running

Go for it nannyp! Week 4 put the fear of God (or should that be Laura?) into me but here I am preparing to go and do w4 r2. I'm not sure if I enjoy the actual running yet either but the all time high that I got after my last run more than makes up for it Good Luck and well done for completing week 3

She's a lovely lady, who cares deeply about your legs and your mind! She can't help the rotten weather though. Just think how lovely it's going to be when the spring starts to sprung and the grass starts to riz. (Apologies - glass of wine may be speaking there.)
