Was supposed to start w3 today but chickened out opting to do yet another run of w2!
If I find running for 90 secs almost impossible how on earth am I going to be able to run for 3 minutes? I cannot see how that can happen. I have just been reading lots of old blogs for w3 and they are very inspiring so I'm going to give it a go on saturday, if it doesnt happen I'll keep doing it 'til it does!

It wasn't long ago that I was in your shoes but I can honestly promise you that you CAN do it! Laura keeps you motivated and though it's tough you WILL make it As soon as you've done the first 3 minute run your doubts will dissolve and you'll be beaming as you surpass your own expectations. Only you can give yourself the motivation to take it on when you're ready but we're all behind you when you do Good Luck and keep us posted!!
Sounds like the gremlin is whispering in your ear negative thoughts. You can do this...I promise! Go slow and remember the second half of a run goes so much quicker then the first. Remember all of us virtually cheering you on as you run! Gayle
I have just finished week 3 and thought the same as you, as greenlegs says you might be running too fast I slowed mine down and as I said I did run 3 this morning so dont give up
you definitely can do it - like the others say just slow it down.
You say you find running 90 seconds 'almost' impossible - but you have done it several times. You really really can do 3 mins don't be scared - just put one foot in front of the other, slow and steady and you will do it!
Thanks for the encouragement guys. I think I do run too fast, I'm going to try and take it as slow as possible. Watch this space!
Somehow it happens. I'm slow but I do it. I've now done my 2nd W3 run and I'm still amazed that I've done it. Just try it and see what happens . You bounce afterwards. Honest.
