I'm afraid I chickened out of starting week 7 today after a week off. I repeated day 1 of week 6 just to dip my toes back in the water. The first 5 minute run was a killer but the 8 and last 5 minutes weren't too bad. Am going to repeat day 3 for the next two runs this week to prepare for week 7 next week.

Chickening out would have been not running. Repeating a week will do you no harm but unless I am mistaken W6R3 and W7 are all 25 minute runs.

Try to keep a more positive attitude; remember self doubt is the only thing that can stop you.
If I was you, I'd have a go with W7; there is always time to go back one run or two, if you cannot manage it but don't go back without even trying first.

Self doubt.. the anchor that stops the ship from sailing...or in our case, stops the runner, running! You have had your toe dip...time to get into the water again!
Yes.. you can do it!
