I'm a newbie to this; hated PE at school, in 30 years since leaving have done no regular exercise at all. Am overweight and unfit. However I have just celebrated my 1st anniversary of non smoking so now want to take on the next challenge and get a bit fitter and drop some weight. So here goes. I've managed 3 sessions this week. Have invested in a sports bra and decent trainers so I'm fairly determined to try and complete this. It's not pretty, but fingers crossed...
