Well I can't believe Wk 9 is here .... Not sure if I'm more shocked that i can now run for 3 miles quite comfortably or the fact that I have managed to follow the programme in secret without letting the family know! So excited - can't wait to get to the end of wk9 r3 and graduate and then tell the family what I've achieved!!!

Thank you Mollydex😀

I tell the family that I'm going out for walks when they are at work or school but can't wait to tell them the truth as I'd really like to go out at the weekend or in the evening for a run 💃💃 (who'd have thought I'd ever be saying that?!?!)

Aha... you must have links to MadAuntyKerry of the double-bagged boobs fame :-D Double congratulations to you then, first for managing to keep a secret that long and second for powering through to graduation week! Look forward to your graduation post, we can seriously party on here, so be prepared!

Yes you're right McFitty - MadAuntyKerry is my sister! No double-bagging boobs for me though (she got my share in that department!!). I was hoping to be able to claim my graduation badge this weekend but looks like It won't be until next week now but looking forward to the serious partying 💃💃💃

Well done ATT - I see that MadauntyKerry is blaming you for getting her running - well done for inspiring (or bullying) her too!

I think the fact that MadAuntyKerry is doing C25k is down to me going on and on and on and on about how fab it is! But she is my little sister so some bullying might come in to it too!!

Thank you!

I've managed to keep it a secret by only going out during the day when the family are at work/school.

I can't wait to let the cat out of the bag though as it will mean I can go out at the weekend too! (Did I just say that??? - who'd have thought!) 😜
