I did week 6 run 2 on Saturday and haven't been able to run since! I usually run on squishy canal path but due to the snow I stuck to roads and ran for 10 mins uphill in slush and snow, which I never do, since then i have bad inner knee pain and calf pain, not sure how long to leave it? It's been 4 days now and Im having withdrawal symptoms! tried running after my 3 year old today on the way back from pre school and it hurt, my knee itself doing hurt when I'm 'at rest' and I can twist it and rotate it etc no probs, but its when I put impact on it that it hurts, sharp pain inner knee and below.
I'm just so disappointed, I've never ever ever enjoyed any exercise or been good at it until c25k, I love it and just want to get back out there. Do I need to see a physio or just see how it goes? I just hope when I get back out I can go straight back to where I was, I was so looking forward to the 25 min run....
Sorry for moaning, I just needed to share, my husband thinks I'm mad Sat here being miserable about it!
