Hello runners! Back in November I had to have a break from running due to a bad knee... But I didn't give up. I kept up my fitness by joining the gym to use the cross trainer and bike. After seeing the physio I have now started running again and just picked up where I left off. Today I should run w8r3 so wish me luck!!

Hope your run goes/went well. The bit about using the cross trainer and bike is interesting - lots of people have asked about keeping up fitness when they can't run.
