Well, that's that done! Had a very good session, felt the change in time for the walking very weird at first but then more natural than week 1.
Didn't bother with the breathing timing, just kept to my normal through the nose. I'm sure that will change as my speed gets faster.
I liked the timing for the running pace, emphasis on the left, I will try not to get to wrapped up in it though and just go with the flow.
