How cool is that? Just completed W3R3 with hubby and what's more he didn't leave me trailing in the distance :-)

Much more confident about Week 4 now (5 minutes - ooerr!!)

So cool!!! :-) smhall/Steve and I worked the program together. We are different heights, ages and fitness levels but we made it work for us. Congratulations on a great run and welcome to week 4!! Gayle

Thanks Gayle. We are also different height and build, he is built for speed and strength, where I am a steady slogger. We have been MTBing together for a long time and in the last couple of years road biking together and always seem to find a rhythm/speed that suits us both.

Ahh! Maybe one day I'll run with my DH, but not just yet (he used to do cross-country and has got a cup he won for running years ago, and still plays lots of tennis).

Week 4 is FINE - just don't go too fast in the warm-up and the first 3 minutes like I did last time. Bad plan - much better today taking it easier.

Thanks for the tip - I think I went out too fast at the start of week 3, so I will watch out for it this time and try to take it steady throughout :-)
