Amazingly I have just completed the 20 min run on w5r3 and unbelievably sort of enjoyed it!! I really did not think I could do it - I stuck to w5r2 twice before daring to attempt it! I am obviously well chuffed - good luck to anyone due to run this - you really can do it
Week 5 - Run 3 - the 20minute one!!: Amazingly I... - Couch to 5K
Week 5 - Run 3 - the 20minute one!!
Well done! I think the jump to 20 min is the biggest mental hurdle in the plan so the fact you've made it (and enjoyed it) speaks volumes.

Well done on completing the 20 minutes non-stop run. It certainly feels like a huge achievement and you should quite rightly feel very pleased with yourself. To me this is a big milestone and gives you the confidence to continue.

Wow! Twenty minutes! Just thinking about that length of constant running is pretty scary??
Good on you

Well done - I'm doing it tomorrow evening. Sort of looking forward to it, more specifically looking forward to having done it ....
Well done. I'm due to do it next week and I am looking forward to the challenge. So pleased with myself so far will be even more chuffed once I have achieved w5 run 3. Have also just signed up for a local park run - not quite ready yet but is giving me a goal to work to.
Keep up the good work everyone

I just completed that run too! Can't say I enjoyed it exactly... I found the first 5 minutes horrible, then I seemed to warm up a bit and the next 10 minutes were ok and I felt pretty good and then the last 5 minutes were a real test, just putting 1 foot in front of the other and trying to think of anything that would distract me and get me through it! Like you, I'm very happy to have done it!
