I've just completed W1R2 and feel the need to tell someone! So I had a look at the site and found the community bit. Really didn't want to get up today but I made myself do it... Go me! It's pitch black and raining and I've got achey bits from W1R1 but I did it.
Thanks for listening!

Well done - it feels good doesn't it? (I did w1r2 yesterday and feeling a little less achey today than after run 1!) Super well done for going out in the rain too! The support on here is fantastic, so many really kind and helpful people - keep blogging. Good luck with r3. Amanda
Yeah Well Done Workinprogress, I was there in October, and I graduated on Christmas eve. It feels so good as you complete each and every run. If my experience is anything to go by, some will be a real struggle, but then others will be amazing !! If i was going to give any advice, then i think I would say , just try to keep it quite regular, and once you are out there , take it really steady ........it's not a race Well..........not yet x
Well done for starting the programme and good luck for your progress. It's amazing how quickly you get bitten by the running bug and start to look forward to the next run!
Hi, just wanted to say that i completed W1R2 yesterday as well, so you and i are at the same place in ou journey. I must say that i have found it hard but really enjoyable. I went out last night 6.30pm, Kent. Pouring hard. It felt good running in the rain! Never thought i'd say that, but it did. I felt like a proper runner LOL. I wish you all the best, i will follow your blog to see how you are getting on. Good luck and happy running!
