I got this book for Christmas - its amazingly inspiring, I strongly recommend it. If people can run up and down mountains for 100 miles perhaps I could make it out for a half an hour trot today! Happy New Year everyone!

Like Cazvs, I was out pacing the streets this morning so tomorrow'll be a rest day, unless the kids stress me out, and then I'll go for a run in the afternoon!

I've been out and done my bit.

Still not exactly on track since I hit a wall with the running a couple of months ago but still getting out there and also going to the gym.

Just trying a change of tactics and created my own interval run. 5 Minutes run, 3 minutes walk four times. First time trying it out for size today. It's just about tough enough. Will adjust and try different intervals over the next month or so to see if it gets me past the block.
