Hey I’m supposed to or had planned to start week 8 this morning but ......... I just feel daunted - scared I can’t do it. Don’t now why really - I’ve been ok so far - repeated a few runs but ok and I’ve begun to enjoy it. In fact look forward to getting out and running. I prefer to go earlier in the morning and it looks like a warm day today so I probably won’t go later. I think I need a push to get out that door. 😥

I’m about to go now too on my first run of week 9 and I know that feeling - ‘ don’t want to, can’t do it, I should go tomorrow instead...’ so I just switch my brain off so it can’t say ‘no’ to me and get out of the door!!! You can do it!!! Xxx
You most certainly can do this. Think of who you are doing this for.....YOU! Think of how far you’ve come. Use this running time to listen to your music, enjoy what’s around you as you run/walk and appreciate this time you are giving to yourself. Go on Dreambird! Go! 🤗
