Looking forward to starting my c25k training on New Years Day 2020! Is there anyone else here starting on 1/1??

Did you check out the How to run C25K post... so much essential advice there:)

Take it slow, take it steady, keep posting for terrific support and encouragement and enjoy!

What a great way to start the year 😊

The plan is very straightforward and easy to follow and it really works! Just remember the key is to start off slow then slow down again.

You’ll get plenty of advice and encouragement on here so keep posting and keep us updated on your progress!
