I have been steadily building up my running and just completed week six, the 25 minute run was difficult for me but I managed it at quite a slow pace. I am very pleased to have managed 25 minutes of light jogging without injury.

Welcome Dorun!!!! you will love this site. I totally enjoyed reading all the blogs as it is other's comments where you realise you are not alone in some thoughts and feelings. "A problem shared" as they say. Good luck with the rest of your running.
Welcome aboard, dorun!! Also, welcome to W7!! You are doing wonderfully in the program and will soon be wondering what to do as a Graduate!!
You should indeed be very pleased with completing 25 minutes of running!! You have a lot to be proud of!! From one minute intervals to a full 25 minutes, now that is what I call incredible progress!!
It sounds like you have the right idea!! Completing each run is far more important than doing it quickly!! Speed will come with time. You are doing great!!
Keep us updated and most of all, Keep Running!!
Steve
