Good luck - you won't regret it! Keep coming back here for inspiration and encouragement - I can't tell you how many times I've read on here 'if I can do it, anyone can!' And you know what? It really helps! I'm just coming to the end of W8 and I really can't believe I'm now a runner! Keep going! Xx

I've just done the first two days of week one, and can't believe its real. Like everyone says, don't think too far ahead, don't stress about future weeks, just keep in mind you have only one session to do today (and then you can rest tomorrow!). Good luck.

Well done Josie Jo....you've done a brilliant thing in joining! As everyone seems to say, the Couch 25K is hugely enjoyable and even addictive! I'm currently repeating a couple of Week 5 runs then onwards to Week 6 on Friday...

C25K has changed my life. I've lost a stone and half since joining in January. Along with watching calories. Well done for taking the first step. It's a great programme and you'll get loads of support on here. :-)

Thank you I hope so too !!! Best regards

Welcome to the great world of running, and long may you enjoy it.

It will be a pit painful at times, but you will get there.

If you ever lack inspiration or are feeling down, watch 'Running for my existence' on Youtube.

Good luck!

Welcome. So glad you enjoyed your first outing :). I finished the programme a couple of weeks ago and am amazed at what I achieved. At your stage I could not imagine running for 30mins in only 9 weeks, but it works and I'm loving it!

in reply toJHarveyL

Oh God that seems like an impossible achievement at the moment !!!!! Thanks for the inspiration !!!!
