And less of the "It took me 42 mins but" - I find that sooooo much more inspiring than the tales of "under 30 minutes". Thank you and well done. You kept going for 42 minutes - how amazing is that?
(Still on week 1, and suspecting that 42 minutes might be a very tough target!)
Well done to you and Jess, a brilliant achievement. I sometimes run with Twix (a slightly mad cocker spaniel) but find it a bit depressing as his pace doesn't seem to change whether I am walking or running! Congratulations I hope you both enjoyed your well earned treats
Congratulations, on many accounts, I believe!! First, congratulations on graduating and completing the program. It is a marvelous journey!! Second, congratulations on completing the full 5K distance! That is another wonderful milestone and YOU DID IT!! Finally, congratulations on 42 minutes!!! You started the program with hopes of 30 minutes and you have just knocked off 42 MINUTES!!! You are indeed a runner!! Well done!!!
Now, I believe it is time to request that wonderful green "Graduate" badge and celebrate Christmas!! You have most certainly earned it!!
