Well I figured after week 7 run 2 i'd try to do 5k. Got up early and set off.

You know what, I did it 5k without stopping, slowly and steadily without dropping pace. It took me 41min 29sec, I can work on the time.

But right now I am feeling so good!

yesterday at the Cambridge Parkrun, i was amazed :-)

brilliant, well done. Once you conquer the distance the time automatically comes down through repetition

Well done to you runnig 5K is a tremendous achievement. You are right now you can do the distance, you can work on the speed.
