I've been running, using the w9 podcast. I think that I've just done 5k in about 40 minutes!!! So proud!!!!!!

Thanks for all your encouragement, I find measuring the distance a bit tricky, but did it online and it was about 5k in 40 minutes. Next stop Park run in a few weeks when I go on holiday with family. There's a Park run nearby. Our nearest is 20 miles away!

I'll have a go at Park run when I'm staying with family in a few weeks. There isn't one anywhere near here, but do I meet up with my park running friend, who's a lot faster than I am!!!???😀
