I did it, I did it! A very slow pace but I "ran" for 25 mins outside. More of that on Thursday when I start W7. Will do that on treadmill and other two outside.

That’s brilliant! I’m on week 4, running for 5 mins felt daunting but I did it no probs, and felt great afterwards. I feel like you, the thought of running for 25 mins flat fills me with dread and that’s only 2 weeks away, but sticking to this plan is working, we’re getting fitter! Yay 😀
