Hi am comming back to running after a years break and thought I would start on week 3 as I can still run a little, I am finding the running time on w3 a little challenging but the amouwalking time between is to long and I am not feeling like I have excersized by the end of the pod cast, im not sure if I should stick with it or move on?

Hi Mcgee.... seriously??? I'd suggest you give yourself a break and be a bit patient with yourself and either do W3 again OR start from the beginning - that way you'll build a better pattern. You may feel like you haven't exercised BUT believe me, your whole body will be monitoring and re-organising itself - it needs that walking time to do the fat burning. Seriously, take it slowly... before you know it the time will have flown by and you'll be all too soon facing your first 20 minute run so enjoy the baby slopes - I miss them :-). good luck :-)
