Just finished the first run of week 7, really pleased I went out, didn’t sleep well last night because of the storm, my ceiling was dripping 😬, but I ran!! still at my snail pace and then pushed it to a regular jog for the last 3 mins then did another 3 with 2 min break and another3 then a little walk and stretch! Feels very slow and the distance is not great but I’ll get there when I get there, 25 mins non stop still challenging me even at the slower pace so ways to go before I reach a 5k but determined to keep at it! Well done Hidden you're doing great. I still am in awe of you doing extra after you have finished the main run, it's all I can do to do the warm down walk. I'm sure you'll get that 5k at some point and it doesn't matter what pace you do as long as you are still enjoying it.
Thanks Zip54 i run at a snails pace for the bulk of it - in fact a snail would probably take offence to that comparison 😂 lol, so I think I have energy in the tank to go for more! Physiologically I think I like the feeling of doing ‘more’ - it’s all games I play with my mind but imma go roll with it haha
