I did it !
I had hoped I would be ok after the ankle pain etc on day 1 but after the third "run" interval, I got into it and the time flew!
Am on Nike + iPod and the results tonight show my fastest miles - 2.31 in 32 mins but that's with just 8 mins of running, the rest at brisk walk.
Tonight, the knees and ankle ache again but I do feel like I've accomplished something

One more run and we are on to the next stage....seems a bit quick, but I do trust it can be done. Are you running in the morning or evening ?

complete it, Legs felt abit heavy on runs 2-4 but felt better after and run 8 felt pretty...
than the previous run. Rain was coming down, but this wasn't going to stop me. Next run probably...
about it.
