Second run done, really enjoyed it, but hard work in the middle. Will do number 3 on Tues or Wed. I have to say running for 30 mins seems abit of a distant hope at the moment!

Well done itsallanadventure on your second run. You are not the first and won't be the last person to make a statement about it being a hope and/or a dream, I'm sure there are hundreds of us who have thought, "run for 30 minutes, nah I can't do that?!?" BUT this programme is tried and tested and does work and works well. Just look at all the graduation badges for proof.

Good luck

It seemed a distant hope to all of us, but bit by bit you get there. I can't believe how difficult I found the first week but by following the plan your body adjusts.

I needed lots of support as each week seemed like a mountain but I am on week 5 and beginning to beleive in myself. Prepare to be surprised by yourself and enjoy the journey.

Well done on your second run, keep going, each week seems impossible at the start but each run is achievable, trust the program, it has worked for me so far

Well done, and yes, it seems so far away and almost impossible now but if I can do it I promise you anyone can! :-)
