Ok so I have managed to do second run at the gym this morning. Really didn't want to go. Forced myself out. Tbh once I've got the gear on its not so bad. Had it firmly fixed in my mind what I was doing concentrating on 30 mins rather than 5k. So I did 5 minute walk then the alternate 60 and 90 runs and walks. Got mixed up at 20 mins and thought I only need to do 5 mins of walking?!? Then realised my mistake so did two more separate minutes of running. Finished at 30mins and had covered 3k. I'm pleased with this and actually feel more motivated now for Friday's run. The only problem is I'm doing coffee in the morning so it will have to be an afternoon run. I do feel more motivated now. I set a goal on map my run of 3x a week and have received well done notifications from them. It all helps 😀😀😀
