Got up at 6am to a glorious frosty morning for my second run of the plan ( w1r2 ). It's amazing what you miss when you stay in bed. Taking things easy as I had to stop running 2 years ago due to tendonitis. All feeling fine, fingers crossed.

Well done, Tish! You've made a great start to the programme. Remember it's okay to take more than one days rest between runs. I frequently take 2 days rest as my knees twinge now and again and they stopped me running a few years ago. Yes, it's amazing the things we see when we're out and about that we would miss when we're tucked up in bed! I think the running enhances all our senses, must be the oxygen! Best wishes for the rest of the programme! :)

Thanks Oona, will keep that in mind. I may well need more than one day to rest now and again! Tricia
