Jumped on a gait analysis treadmill today - I’m pronating. More on my left than my right, which is possibly due to my history of issues in my right knee - and overcompensating with weight on my left.
Tried on a bunch of shoes, and came away with some New Balance trainers that are mainly cushioning, but provide the needed arch support.
And I think they’re pretty classy! Plus reflective bits for the dark! All set to start week 7 tomorrow!
